Sarzana Mahtab (Neha)

She joined Techno Venture Limited in 2014 as a Management Trainee. She actively worked through the ranks to become the first Directorate Personality of the Company’s second generation. She oversees the complete financial management of the Company.

Extremely career oriented by nature Mrs. Sarzana is a highly ambitious and goal-driven individual who managed to singled handedly develop Venture Poles Limited (Sister Concern) under her dynamic leadership. Mrs. Sarzana has a strong business acumen that is complimented by her dexterous personality, her vision for the expansion of this Company is one of her sole influences.

Moreover, being an extremely amicable personality Mrs. Sarzana is able to work very closely with the engineering team and is a constant source of motivation for the entire workforce. Her devout work ethic and passion towards advancement of the business is inspiring.

Mrs. Sarzana is also on the board of Junior Chamber International (JCI) for the year 2020-2021, an organization that provides framework for young active citizens to create sustainable impact in communities globally. She aims to not just put in her hard work towards her business but to also make a positive contribution towards society, especially the inclusion and flourish of women in the workforce within executive capacities.
