Mahtab Uddin, an alumnus of Dhaka University Law Department. We take pride in the fact that the technology of Single-Phase Distribution Transformers was pioneered by the team headed by our Honorable Chairman. TVL offers a comprehensive range of power and distribution transformers designed to grant the reliability, durability and efficiency required in utility, industrial, and commercial applications. Ranging over 30 acres of land our primary factory Techno Venture Limited boasts of 7 (seven) sheds which include but are not limited to Transformers, Super Enamel, Substation, and Copper Conduction shed. TVL established its transformer manufacturing unit back in 1999 to produce Distribution & Power Transformers of 33 kV class voltages, to meet the requirements of public organizations and the private industrial sector in Bangladesh. Today, the company has grown in geographical reach, market size and product range to become one of the leading transformers manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. TVL is now further expanding its operations into the manufacturing of Spun Pre-stressed Concrete (SPC) Pole with its sister concern Venture Poles Ltd as of 2016.
