A.H.M. Mahtab Uddin

Mr. A.H.M. Mahtab Uddin is the Founding Directors of Techno Venture Limited. Born in 1958, Mr. Uddin completed his Bachelors in Law (LLB) and then his Masters of Law (LLM) from Dhaka University. However, his keen interest in the Engineering Sector propelled the formation and expansion of his business into the Transformer Sector. He pioneered the introduction of the Single Phase Transformer technology into the locals markets despite not being from an engineering background.

The initial business venture being a Trading Company only, today Mr. Uddin is the owner of one the most expansive Distribution Grid factories in Bangladesh. Coming from a humble background it is solely Mr. Uddin’s determination and relentless efforts that yielded such heights of success for this business venture. Over the past decades Mr. Uddin has been one of the most substantial dealers of Single Phase, Three Phase and Power Transformers to Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) having successfully completed the highest number of government tenders within this field. It is ecayse Mr. Uddin’s industrialist proficiency and business experience he still is involved in the development and expansion of his industry into the manufacture of innovative electronic goods.

Additionally, a benevolent person by nature Mr. Uddin has always been mindful of engaging in various social and charitable endeavors and in doing so he continues to employ his best efforts to provide healthcare and other organizational facilities to his employees. This prerogative includes but was not limited to the construction of a 300 apartment quarter that allowed a significant number of workers with their families to live onsite within the factory. Mr. Uddin aims to contribute equally to the social welfare of this country and he done for the economic.

Nahid Mahtab

Mrs. Nahid Mahtab completed her Bachelors in Law (LLB) from Dhaka University and holds a double Masters of Law (LLM) from Dhaka University and the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, respectively. She is the Ex-Deputy Attorney General for Bangladesh and is currently overseeing her own law chambers celebrated as ‘The Practice.’

Mrs. Mahtab actively supervises the legal affairs of the Company and also plays a pivotal role in the management of the fixed assets of the company.

Sarzana Mahtab (Neha)

Mrs. Sarzana Mahtab (Neha) completed her Bachelors in Business Management and Masters in Finance from the University of Brunel from the United Kingdom. She joined Techno Venture Limited in 2014 as a Management Trainee. She actively worked through the ranks to become the first Directorate Personality of the Company’s second generation. She oversees the complete financial management of the Company.

Extremely career oriented by nature Mrs. Sarzana is a highly ambitious and goal-driven individual who managed to singled handedly develop Venture Poles Limited (Sister Concern) under her dynamic leadership. Mrs. Sarzana has a strong business acumen that is complimented by her dexterous personality, her vision for the expansion of this Company is one of her sole influences.

Moreover, being an extremely amicable personality Mrs. Sarzana is able to work very closely with the engineering team and is a constant source of motivation for the entire workforce. Her devout work ethic and passion towards advancement of the business is inspiring.

Mrs. Sarzana is also on the board of Junior Chamber International (JCI) for the year 2020-2021, an organization that provides framework for young active citizens to create sustainable impact in communities globally. She aims to not just put in her hard work towards her business but to also make a positive contribution towards society, especially the inclusion and flourish of women in the workforce within executive capacities.

Noshin Nawal Shreya

Miss. Noshin Nawal Shreya is currently engaged as a Director of Techno Venture Limited overseeing foreign correspondence of the company as well as internal management affairs. After an insightful internship at Dr. Kamal Hossain and Associates. Miss. Nawal moved to Sattar &Co. as a Research Associate and worked to gain knowledge and experience about the local markets and the economy. Consequently, she joined the Company to expand its economic and humanitarian accomplishments.

Miss Nawal is a Bar-At-Law at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, she completed her Bachelors in Law (LLB) from the University of Exeter and completed her Bar Professional Training and Masters in Law (LLM) from the City, University of London.

Continuous endeavors are aimed towards ascertaining foreign business opportunities for the company, wherein Miss Nawal’s target is to secure transcontinental cashflow into the local economy.

Miss Nawal also wishes to organize and reconnoiter for philanthropic opportunities on behalf of the Company and is geared towards bringing about an improvement in the lives of individuals around her and in society at large.
